The property is a cute little self sustained studio apartment, exactly like the picture. Everything seemed brand new and was neatly decorated. The owners were super nice, very accommodating! Very clean as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Teverde. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and hospitable. Everyone made us feel comfortable, and the service was genuinely warm. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The landscaping is lovely, with lots of trees, flowers, and greenery everywhere. The view of the Drin River was spectacular, and having Rozafa Castle within eyesight made the whole scene even more special. Although the property is just off the highway, we could not hear the cars at all. It was surprisingly peaceful, quiet, and serene — exactly the kind of place you want if you are looking to relax outside the city. The restaurant was also fantastic. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the people were very kind. This was our first stay in Albania, and honestly, it has set a very high standard. Even compared to many places I have stayed in other countries, Villa Teverde is very high on my list. It is only around 12–15 minutes from Shkodër city, so you get the best of both worlds: easy access to the city, but a calm and beautiful environment to return to. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Shkodër area and looking for a peaceful, clean, scenic, and genuinely welcoming place to stay.

The cabin was beautiful, cozy, and perfectly clean. The wooden interior and large windows created a warm, relaxing atmosphere with amazing natural light. The view from the property was absolutely stunning — waking up to the mountains and river scenery was unforgettable. The host was friendly and responsive, and the location felt peaceful and private, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The entire setting and the property itself were like a dream. It’s a family run place and they are the most wonderful, thoughtful and generous people I’ve ever met. The location was excellent, very convenient and with free parking. There’s lots of nature and fruit trees around. Beautiful views of the castle as well.

The chalet is really great good location just next to the river and the hiking spots clean and very comfortable and the host is really great, he helped us with everything

Beautiful, clean, quiet and comfortable studio. Host sent all the information we needed for check in and left us cake. Great to have easy access to washing machine with detergent also provided. Clothes dried quickly on drying rack in sunny location. Great wifi. Great value. Not in the center of town, but an easy flat walk away. Would be happy to stay here again.

Beautiful lakeside views and very easy to find and access. It’s conveniently located close to restaurants and just a short drive from Shkodër. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, we’re truly grateful for her hospitality. Highly recommended!

An incredibly beautiful home! The living room is beautifully decorated with traditional Albanian decor. The house is so well-equipped with anything one could need for a short or long stay. It's very close to the center of Shkoder but in a quiet area. Rovena is a lovely, kind host. We would gladly stay here again.

Super comfortable for our family of five, cool air con, friendly host, and really convenient there was a washing machine and line to dry our clothes (very fast in the heat!)

It was secluded which is what we were hoping for. The apartment was very modern and very lovely. The breakfast was very delicious.

The owner family's hospitality started even before I checked in and continued even after checked out. Although this was a last minute booking, they still allowed me to check in early which was a lifesaver because I was sick. On my last day, they helped me so much with my travel arrangements (always appreciated in Albania). Communicating with Egesta was easy & quick, she's always keen to help and her parents are very sweet & kind. The apartment's location is perfect- steps away from all the action but on a quiet side street so it's perfect for resting as well as exploring beautiful Shkoder. I look forward to coming back for a longer stay.

Our booking was last minute as our original booking fell through. Our host was incredibly accommodating and responsive over WhatsApp, even coming round to solve a problem with the key in less than 15 minutes! The accomodation itself is really tranquil, comfortable and only a 10 minute walk to the centre. Highly recommended!

Great location, the agency for the lake koman trip is at a walking distance, mosque, restaurants, exchange money, big market, all nearby. Kind and very helpful staff Great and large apartment/ house, 5 beds, very well equiped, clean. Ideal for a large family stay.
