The cleanliness and space (indoor and out) of the property in view of the reasonable price. The host was delightful to deal with - prompt and clear in responding to messages. Our dog (a cavoodle) stayed with us and was very comfortable. Naturally, we brought his bedding with us.

Very conveniently located within walking distance of shopping centre and restaurants. Well stocked with consumables (kitchen paper towel, toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, soap/shampoo in bathrooms). New-ish washing machine and tumble dryer. Heaters in every bedroom and A/C in the lounge/kitchen kept us nice and warm.
