The property was as beautiful in real life as it is in the pictures. So serene, well-designed, and relaxing. The openness and proximity to nature gave the most up-close views to hummingbirds and howler monkeys. It was such a retreat and joy to be here.

Villas Solar exceeded our expectations. Greg, the host was helpful and super responsive to any question we had. The outdoor space is beautiful and surrounded by green, and was a lovely place to have meals. The inside was spacious, and furniture and beds are comfy and all very clean. Kitchen had everything needed if you want to cook your own meals. We worked remotely from there for the week and the wifi was fast and reliable for 2 people to be on video calls. There was even a backup network and power source. We needed a place to work after we checked out and Greg was incredibly accommodating in letting us work from one of the open downstairs spaces. 10/10 would recommend this place for any kind of stay!!

We had an incredible stay at Zoa Villas! The host was extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The property itself was exactly as described—and even better in person! The space was clean and stylish with all the amenities you could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the neighborhood was peaceful, yet close to all the great restaurants, shops and Santa Teresa Beach. I especially appreciated the little touches like the welcome fruit basket and helpful local recommendations. The communication with the host was smooth and quick, and we felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning next time we're in the area. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, well-located spot with an amazing host!

The place is beautiful, modern, and calm. There aren't any loud noises or cars, truly a place to disconnect from everything. The place is 10/10. Manzanillo and hermosa beach are really close 5-10min drive (I would recommend renting a quad to move around. Santa Teresa is like a 15-20 min drive.) The apartment has everything needed to cook, and the outdoor shower and balcony are gorgeous. You can hear the waves and animals at night. Would recommend staying here if you want to relax and not be in the middle of everything but still close enough.

The location of this property is absolutely incredible. You can see the ocean from the room! We started in the two bedroom with the swimming pool in the living room which was amazing and then had an upgrade to the villa with the pool overlooking the mountainside and ocean. Both villas were absolutely breathtaking and absolutely incredible. I would not stay anywhere else but Selva for my next trip to Santa Teresa. Additionally, our host was amazing! He was at our beck and call for anything we needed and always responded extremely quickly. He is so friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Really made our experience that much better because of him. Thank you!
