Location is safe and secure and while not "on the beach" just a short walk to nice sandy beach (Santa Giulia) with calm waters for swimming. We liked the way the rooms were outfitted with kitchenette and fridge, as well as laundry facilities in room. Quiet and gated/secure parking. Enjoyed the beach access, but heard Summer is a bit overrun with tourists. I would recommend this Condo/Hotel to friends and Family.

Very comfortable, well appointed villa. It’s surrounded by greenery and it has a lovely pool. All of the appliances including the washer work well. The owners who met us at the property were very kind and helpful.
