I stayed here with 3 other friends because we wanted a private room instead of staying at a hostel, and it was the perfect amount of space for us. We enjoyed playing cards and lounging on the tatami "living" room area (It was two planks with tatami flooring that we could sit on). It was also super clean and when I had trouble with self check-in on the iPad the host was super quick to respond. It was also a little bit away from Amanohashidate, so a quieter area!!

A very unique place to stay in a beautiful, traditional neighborhood! The remodeled toilet, shower, and washing machine areas were wonderful. The dining space has a nostalgic feel! Also, the price is extremely reasonable.

The host, we really love the host, she was very attentive, helpful. She waited for us even though we checked in very late as we have difficulties in getting transportation there. And the house is very beautiful, comfortable, everything we needed are there. I would definitely come here again, and recommend people to try stay here.
