We did not stay here and were not allowed to enter by the security staff. I tried to call I tried to provide as much information as possible and received no accommodations. They could have easily assisted if someone would have been willing to answer the phone. Quite a shame.

The location was perfect walking distance to all amenities. The beach is a short walk up a steep hill and back down. There are great restaurants extremely close to the place and easy access. Felt very secure with the place. The greenery in the complex is stunning. The iguana's are super cute to watch. The care taker Jesus and manager Vanessa, were both awesome and willing to help with anything. We enjoyed some of the owners and have made some long term friends.

The lady that met us to give us access to the property and walk us through was very nice and cheerful. She was very knowledgeable and serviceable .
