Victor and Iara are warm and welcoming hosts who went out of their way to make us comfortable. We stayed in the larger house on the compound and it was wonderful. Stylish (country farmhouse style), colourful, spacious and beautifully set out. The TV was great (satellite and Netflix etc) and the lounge area was super comfortable. The bedroom was lovely with a wonderful big window looking onto the lush gardens and trees. The bed in the master bedroom was amazingly comfortable and extra long (I'm 1.92m). Shower was powerful and hot. When we arrived the property was shrouded in cloud and drizzle (it's high up), but this didn't spoil our time there. Towards the end of our stay the sun came out and it was wonderful. There are forest walks just up from the property. Security is excellent with a large electronic gate.

Authentic and friendly. Loved the decoration in the dining room, very special. Takes you back to farm life. The staff is very friendly. The room is basic but spacious and comfortable and very clean. The surrounding gardens are beautiful. The pool is very nice.

The location was easy to find. Pristine setting surrounded by avocado trees. The home was comfortable and the location was private and quiet. I was able to access the property through a lock box and remote. The host was available quickly when I locked myself out and when the WiFi went out.

This is the PERFECT stay. A well equipped apartment (oven, toaster, mixer, microwave, you name it), clean, everything at hand (cleaning stuff, a bathtub AND shower), there's shops and restaurants nearby. And last but definitely not least, the host is a gem. She's oh so kind, gentle and helpful... If I could I'd give it 20 out of 10. Spent quite a lot of my life in short term rentals, and this is by far the best experience I ever had. Too bad it was booked for the week after, or I'd still be there !!!
