We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. The pool area was beautiful and impeccably clean, offering a lovely view over the city. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of different dishes, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth, and the staff at the front desk were equally welcoming and professional.

Good location, clean facilities, friendly staff.
The male staff in charge of my check-in and check-out was very kind and explained well, so I was very satisfied. Also the concierge staff who took care of my carrier was really nice.
Even after checking out, I was scheduled to leave the country 14 hours later, but it was very comfortable and nice to use the shower facility.

I had a convention at suntec and the hotel is conveniently located across it. There is a bridgeway connecting the hotel to the convention center.
Room was spacious. Staff were the best! From the gentlemen at the entrance who helped us with transportion, reception, housekeeping. They were awesome.
