Sitting on Le Ancore's balcony, having a glass of red wine and/or spritz, looking at Mount Vesuvius, and being breeze-kissed by the Vesuvian Sea is a transcendental experience. The accommodation is excellent, based in the remote village of Vice Equense, a great place to relax and let yourself flow with the astonishing scenario. The staff was superb, and extremely helpful (Especially Ana, who took care of all our minor challenges and made us feel at home). Make sure to look at the map before booking though because it's not in Sorrento and having a car is a must if you want to travel around. We went in Winter but I suppose that in Summer/Spring, you can just relax at the private beach. Unforgetable.

Villa Scaramellino was in town, close to restaurants, shops, train and bus stations. Breakfast was at partner hotel Domo 20 and it was amazing. They also offered free shuttle to their hotel and back and free shuttle to train or bus station. Breakfast was amazing. Staff at Domo 20 were fantastic. Mena who was on reception was great in her communication via WhatsApp. Such a beautiful person, nothing was a bother. Mario was great transporting us to hotel and train station. You could also use the pool and rooftop at Domo 20 if you wanted. Villa Scaramellino had kitchen but unfortunately no washing up liquid or sponge or tea towel to do dishes. Other than that everything was great. Thank you.

Location is perfect, near marina for boats to islands and in centre so could not be any better, very clean and staff were friendly and helpful, would recommend a perfect location to base yourself and do island hopping.

The location, the service, the design of the hotel and the details of it so cosy and the view was amazing. The breakfast was incredible so fresh and every day was different.
