Housekeeping were incredible, reception staff were super helpful, and the continental breakfast was an added bonus. Spacious rooms and comfortable bed. The internet was strong enough for video calls (it dropped out every so often but could reconnect quickly). There’s an Oxxo next to the hotel for snacks etc. We were in Merida for the WTA tennis event at the Yucatán Country Club, so the location (being outside of Histórico Centro) was convenient and only a 10-15 minute ride away.

We saw the 5.0 star rating on Google with 200+ reviews. Could not be true right? But it is totally valid, it was amazing! Before check in we were added to a whatsapp group of the hotel, which we used during our stay, very smart and welcoming. On arrival we got a little tour of the hotel and a nice cocktail. The hotel has 5 (6?) rooms, a courtyard with a lot of green and a pool. All feels very quiet and relaxing. The rooms are big (the bed short, for a 6'+ guy, but that seems the standard in Mexico) The staff is amazing, all of them. The owners very helpful and fun. It feels like home. And every morning you are served an amazingly cooked breakfast, We never had a breakfast like that in a hotel. A freshly made set menu, every day just perfect.

What a beautiful hotel right in Merida city center! The facilities are incredible comfortable, even the unusual exterior shower that was a pleasant surprise! There is a near by car parking. The hotel staff is really nice and helpful! We couldn’t have chosen a better stay for our trip.

Excellent facilities, super relaxing after a day visiting or walking around. Very refreshing to jump in the pool which is always super clean. Staff is absolutely adorable and have great recommendations on what to do around. Delicious breakfast, everything you need. You can also park in the street in front of the casa, very safe and free.

Staying at this hotel feels like stepping in a privileged environment, with a great courtyard and very nice rooms. The staff is very competent and helpful, friendly and engaging with guests. Breakfast was outstanding; great choice of food and top fruit offering. Would not mind staying there for a few more days.
