I loved the feel of this boutique hotel and the decor of my suite, adding a touch of rustic elegance. The vegeterian breakfast was a spread of delights with a Mexican twist, with the sound of a pool waterfall as the perfect morning backdrop. The owners, a friendly Australian couple, not only extended a personal welcome to each guest, but were on hand (via WhatsApp) to give tips and guidance on things to do (and avoid). All staff were fabulous, and I need to give Mel a shout-out who looked after me exceptionally well. The hotel is a keeper and I may well go back to Merida just to stay here again.

What a beautiful hotel right in Merida city center! The facilities are incredible comfortable, even the unusual exterior shower that was a pleasant surprise! There is a near by car parking. The hotel staff is really nice and helpful! We couldn’t have chosen a better stay for our trip.

Stunning building - ceilings are 200 years old. The results of the renovation is impressive. Feels like a Luxurious leap in the past with all the comfort of modern day facilities. Isaac welcomed us in the evening after a long day travelling :) we missed the massage but we will be back next year For sure !!!

Absolutely lovely hotel, great staff, very clean and everything finished to a high standard. Hammocks in the rooms were a nice touch. Food was excellent. The only hotel where we ate in all the time. Parking reserved outside hotel

The staff was very nice. I asked for ice and glasses which were promptly delivered. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable.The breakfast was básic but clean and fresh. I liked the bread I. I didn't like the coffee but it was not a big deal because I went to the Oxxo next door to get one. I did order an americano at the restaurant and it was very good, just not the coffee served st breakfast.

Everything was fantastic from the moment we arrived with staff greeting us on the doorstep at midnight to opening up early for us at 6am when we eft. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The rooms were spacious, the bed and shower luxurious and the pool clean and cool. The location was perfect and over all it was surprisingly quiet as all the rooms are set back from the busy street. A great 3 night stay.
