Only a short 1-minute stroll from Shuhe Ancient Town, The Bivou features accommodation in local and modern styles combined together. We just really loved the Bivou. I read very good reviews, but still the place exceeded my expecations. If I am ever going to write my memoires, I will do it here:) This place just breaths tranquility. We loved the little vegetable gardens in front of the hotel, the staff was extremely helpful and the area around the hotel is really lovely. I travelled the whole world and Le Bivou definitely makes it to my worldwide top 5.

The Linden Centre is an award-winning boutique hotel offering the intrepid traveler an inspiring exploration into Southwest China. Perfect stay! Staff were incredibly helpful, especially DanDan, who gave us a free market tour and tour of the building- having that time with her meant we learnt so much we wouldn't have otherwise. Breakfast was delicious, as was the welcome drink, which we took as a tea set on the terrace- a perfect way to spend the afternoon after a morning of sightseeing. The location is perfect- in Xizhou town- a beautiful spot surrounded by rice fields- out of the hustle and bustle of Dali, but close enough for easy sightseeing. Beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed. I wish I was back there now!

Jun Bo Xuan Boutique là nhà khách duyên dáng nằm ở trung tâm Khu Phố Cổ của thành phố Lệ Giang, cách đường Tứ Phương chỉ 5 phút đi bộ. This stay was absolutely lovely. It has a beautiful courtyard with a fishpond and running water that gently rocks you to sleep at night. The room was very clean and tidy, comfortable and had all the required amenities . The best part was the owners. It is a family business and the care and attention given by them shows how much they care for it and their customers. We were welcomed with tea upon arrival, tasted many different types, chatted about tea and Chinese culture. They prepared breakfast to-go for us when we went early morning on a hike (without us asking) and helped us book bus tickets, drivers to and from airport etc. They also helped us order things online and helped with any request or question. It was a great and welcoming experience and I suggest anyone to try it, they are just lovely. Be sure to not pass on the tea when offered by the passionate owner, it’s quite an experience.

The hotel was very clean, much better than I expected, there were many beautiful flowers in the garden, the owners were very kind and invited me to have hot pot with them, it was a very pleasant experience！
