Room very clean and comfortable with a lovely view over the estuary - if you want a clear view from your balcony request a room on the 2nd floor ( we had a king balcony room). Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was cooked freshly and very tasty - orders for both hot and cold items were brought to you at the table. Breakfast room very comfortable with a stunning view.
