Its a heritage palace converted into hotel. Experience was unmatched and unlike any hotel we have ever stayed. We were upgraded to Royal Suite and the Room was huge. Entire palace has lot of history, paintings etc.

Very spacious rooms and with 3 of us there was still lot of space. Very happy with the room. Friendly courteous staff. The location is quite outskirts. Having a cab at disposal would be a good option.

Rigmor Haveli is a very traditional building with a good atmosphere. The rooms are clean & bright with a TV, AC, wifi, room service & everything is very comfortable. Vipin, the manager is very welcoming ,naturally friendly & easy to chat to. He can advise you where & how to go, to the interesting places in Jodhpur. A lovely, relaxing place to stay.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with professionalism and genuine care that set the tone for a wonderful stay. **Special thanks to Akhil from the restaurant,** who truly exceeded expectations. Traveling with a 2.5-year-old can sometimes be challenging, but Akhil’s attentiveness and willingness to assist us made everything so much easier. He was kind, proactive, and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our meals comfortably. We would also like to thank **Reva from the restaurant**, who consistently provided exceptional service with a cheerful attitude, ensuring that every meal was a pleasure. At the front desk, **Jagyanseni and Soniya** deserve special mention for their friendliness, efficiency, and willingness to help at every step. Whether it was assisting with check-in, answering our queries, or making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay, they went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. The cleanliness of the hotel, the well-maintained facilities, and the attention to detail across every department were outstanding.
