Extremely well located in a quiet neighbourhood. The facilities were amazing and the staff was extremely responsive. We had everything we needed and it was such a comfortable stay. All of us enjoyed thoroughly and we highly recommend staying at city villas Thanks to the team for taking such good care of us. If we ever return we shall only be staying at your accommodation.

We came to Kazakhstan for a concert. The Spartak Stadium was a 15-minute walk from the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 4am and were able to order the tastiest soup I ever tried (or at least it seemed that way at 4am after a flight with no food.) Everything was clean, room service was ok. Forgot a couple of our requests, but always brought everything when reminded. Beds were comfy, great shower, fridge and kettle in the room. There is also a spa, but we never managed to get there because we found a spa in the mountains instead. Super cheap. Also there is a cafeteria 24/7 right next door to the hotel with tasty homemade food.

It’s exactly as the pictures and probably even better in reality! The garden outside was amazing with two cats around! I would definitely recommend it and go back again! The host was super nice!

The room in the CITY STAY Apart Hotel Almaty has been booked for my parents, who stayed there around 4 weeks! CITY STAY is a great hotel with exceptional service, extremely helpful and friendly personnel! We would like to personally thank Aidan, Aliya, Sophie, Aisulu, Mayra, Maxim and Danya for making the stay of my parents so nice! If we ever go to Almaty again we would definitely stay in this hotel!
