Such a nice, friendly and helpful staff from the receptionist Ali who gave us such a warm welcoming, Ishaq who was very helpful and friendly and the ladies who were super nice and helpful. All of them will do extra to make sure u are felling comfortable and satisfied. housekeeping staff very professional, fast and always available. Rooms are clean, facilities as well, also the hotel have such a nice smell. Worth for the money. Starbucks is near by the hotel.

The staff were very kind and friendly, specially the housekeeping staff did fantastic job. The hotel is very close to the metro station or the location itself Al Jaddaf is not to far from downtown, it takes about 10 minutes by car.

Located in the old Dubai grand souk area, amazing bustle of small boats on the creek, loved the vibrancy. The host and staff are superb, took us to hail the taxi so no stress when heading to the airport, enquired every day our activities and made spot on suggestions. We loved staying there for 3 nights. It’s homely, bottled water supplied, comfy big bed and fun to stay. Breakfast served in the cafe below with magic view of old Dubai life
