Impeccable quality of service. The staff went to a great extent to make sure our stay was most comfortable and enjoyable. Everyone who attended us at the reception and particularly Sreelal at Royal Club was very helpful. The staff tending at Royal Club for happy hours and afternoon tea were very pleasing and made sure we had a great time. Room size is exceptional and amenities were very good.

Very nicely appointed rooms. Our family room was actually 2 adjoining rooms each with its own bathroom and other facilities. All things considered we considered the hotel to be quite good value. It is also a short, easy walk to airport terminal 1 which also has a metro stop so its a great hotel to stay at if you want to be close to the airport and also be able to easily and cheaply travel to the city and beyond on the metro.

Grand Mercure Dubai City is a 5-star hotel located next to GGICO metro and near to Dubai Airport.

The hotel was excellent and there was nothing else to wish for. The bed was comfy, the room was quiet and very clean, as a bonus – it was bigger than a standard hotel room. There was an aircon in the room, additionally it was possible to open windows if you wanted a fresh air. This is so rare for modern hotels which often have closed aircon cycling through the whole building. The buffet breakfast was good and exceed our expectation.
