The hotel is very clean, quiet and comfortable. It is not centrally located but a short distances by taxi or driving. They offer shuttles as well (although I didn’t use them). The staff was very helpful. At the reception they were very friendly and willing to assist. Barakat and Rabeh’ at the reception were very kind to us and always helped us with a smile. I totally recommend the hotel!

Vida Creek was the last destination of our honeymoon, which was the best stay ever. Staff was so attentive and very kind, speical thanks to Mahmud in the reception. The room was spacious, very clean, well equipped and also has a beautiful Lagoon view. We enjoyed the breakfast with lots of vegeterian items. The best part was of course the Lagoon Beach. It was exceptionnally fun, very vast and well-maintained. Also the hotel arranged us a buggy to Creek Habour. It was very practical and it's only 15min by walking to come back. (a bit tricky on Google Map though, just walk to Palace Creek Habour then continue until Vida Habour) Honestly I hesitated until the last minutes between Vida Creek and Habour. Vida Habour looked bigger and more lively, since there are many restaurants around however we prefer a calm and relaxing environment so Vida Creek was an excellent choice. We travel every year to Dubai & Abu Dhabi 2-4 times so we will definitely come back. Thank you again for the kind gesture.

Such a nice, friendly and helpful staff from the receptionist Ali who gave us such a warm welcoming, Ishaq who was very helpful and friendly and the ladies who were super nice and helpful. All of them will do extra to make sure u are felling comfortable and satisfied. housekeeping staff very professional, fast and always available. Rooms are clean, facilities as well, also the hotel have such a nice smell. Worth for the money. Starbucks is near by the hotel.

Let me be honest I AM A ROVER NOW The decoration is 👌. The Hotel is clean and all staffs are really kind, helpful and supportive. The breakfast was excellent. At the reception desk, they are really energetic. The gym and swimming pool was descent and has everything you need. Really have a great time there. I was there for a business trip and enjoyed my staying there.
