Such a nice, friendly and helpful staff from the receptionist Ali who gave us such a warm welcoming, Ishaq who was very helpful and friendly and the ladies who were super nice and helpful. All of them will do extra to make sure u are felling comfortable and satisfied. housekeeping staff very professional, fast and always available. Rooms are clean, facilities as well, also the hotel have such a nice smell. Worth for the money. Starbucks is near by the hotel.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very attentive and very helpful. The hotel provided very nice treats in the room and they were very thoughtful. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. There is nothing I can make a bad comment. I was very pleased with my stay. There were also very nice services in the room, including an iron. One of my favorite hotels. The hotel is very clean and neat. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Metro station is very near. I managed to sleep so well since the rooms are quiet, blackout curtains amazing and beds are extremely comfy. The shower is very spacious - you could literally dance in there! In fact, the whole room is pretty spacious and there was enough room for everything.
