Excellent. Good location, nice and helpful owner. Everything working (fridge, coffee machine etc). Real balcony, enjoyable and large enough for a small table and two chairs. Area looks safe. Good value for money. Would come again any time, thank you.

staff okay .I think it's quite good .
you have a kettle in the hall near the reception and ask for a hair dryer . Bring only soap or shampoo.

Very friendly staff and very welcoming. Hotel is close to public transportation and gets you anywhere. The rooms are kept clean always. I'm just overall happy with my experience in the hotel. Really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back again. And recommend to anyone visiting Vienna.
