Pretty much everything. I had high expectations after reading reviews - these were exceeded. I chose because of location mainly, and the studio with kitchenette. It was perfect for my stay! View from the room was right over Kings Park, Kitchenette was way more usable than I thought, full sized washer and dryer!, shower was wonderful and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Staff were brilliant, friendly, helpful and just interested in ensuring you had a lovely stay.

Friendly and helpful staff (I.e. Jade).
Offer shower room and luggage storage service after checked out ( I have a very late flight so that really helped a lot).
The room is spacious, have balcony, kitchen, washing and drying machine, great for staying multiple days.
Despite not located in CBD, the accommodation is closed to CAT stop and City West train station, so it’s very convenient for traveling to CBD or Fremantle.
Have secure parking.
