The hotel exceeded our expectations!
The rooms are confortable, clean, modern. Easy walking distance from the main attractions of beautiful Old Quebec.
We loved our stay. The staff has wonderful customer service and some of them speak English, French and Spanish and they are very kind and polite.
The restaurant in the hotel is excellent as well.
This hotel is highly recommended.

This was such a fortunate find for our first trip to Quebec City! The location was perfect - a 5 minute walk from the central shopping/restaurant area, and it had a small parking lot onsite. The hotel was pristine. Walking to our room felt like walking through history.

From the time we arrived at the Lofts we were blown away, my husband and I had one loft and our young adult sons
had the other right next door. The rooms were so lovely and fresh, the view from the windows looking at the Christmas lights in the square were beautiful. The free laundry on lvl 2 was so handy there were four of us travelling so dirty cloths were starting to pile up.
Micheal the property manager was very polite and professional, communication was clear and very prompt.
