The location was perfect for walking the city. We were in the middle of the Christmas Markets, shopping, restaurants and the Visitors Center to take the city bus tours.

A fantastic hotel. Gorgeous design, great restaurant/bar, very comfy room, all the details are just about perfect.

We were upgraded to a wide corner family room with a wonderful view of the city, staff was very friendly and accommodating, location couldn't be better

Wow!!! The Frontenac is such a wonderful hotel. The service was impeccable and they were so helpful and accommodating. The rooms and bathrooms were beautiful. The bed was so comfortable. They also surprised me with a birthday cupcake and a lovely birthday card. I recommend everyone to stay here at least once. It has such a rich history, beautiful location, beautiful architecture and interior, and some of the best service I have ever received.

My second time visiting and it was just as awesome. Spacious, clean rooms, comfy beds, high traditional ceilings and big, god size bath for an old building with a warm, good shower. Friendly staff.

The staff was amazing, they offer us early check in without ask for that, that was so kind even more when you travel with kids. We love that!

Modern, very good location, just less than 5 minutes to the train station and less than 10 minutes to on top of the Quebéc old town and the receptionist was very nice.
