We were celebrating our tenth anniversary and I had contacted the concierge about restaurants. Philippe was very helpful and made some great recommendations and made all the reservations for us. When we checked in we were told our room had been upgraded and when we got to the room we found a small gift and a handwritten note from the staff. Very classy.

The hotel is a comfortable retreat in the city center, with large rooms with good beds and pillows and all the amenities you can imagine. Extremely clean. The staff was friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions.
