This place really shows what true hospitality means. Warm, caring staff, beautiful building, amazing breakfast with organic products and locally produced swiss cheese, good facilities and a big cosy bed. We were welcomed by the staff that helped us carry the suitcases to our room and there were Toblerones and water. Location is also amazing, in a walking distance to the city famous boulevard and rooms have a beautiful view. There is a room in the first floor with coffee and tea available for guests. I was there in snow days and it was truly magical.

Superb hotel in a quiet, hip, civilised corner of Bern a manageable walk North of Bern's beautiful centre. Live your Swiss dreams here. I was checked-in by the owner who explained the trams and the free passes, and patiently and in perfect English. My room was big and clean. Perfect.

Location is perfect, and I often come to Bern for work and since I discovered the Prizotel I always stay here! Services are very good, staff super friendly and helpful, I can park inside (the parking is pretty comfortable large parking slot for the car where you can park pretty easy), and once you parked your car the hotel gives you bus tickets to use around the city. Room is super clean and spacious! and there is a roof bar where you can go for a drink!
