Viktor was super helpufull and polite!

Nice location, close to everything.

very nice unique hotel. we stayed in the Clark Terry Suite and enjoyed it very much.

Very friendly staff. Front desk team were excellent and really helpful. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Tram to go to the city center is just around the corner. From the room you can see fantastic view of the city, including the magnificent city hall.

Staying in this gorgeous hotel from 1600s(?) is like stepping back in time. Not only was the accommodation perfect, the property has an absolutely incredible restaurant and killer breakfast. It’s a super small hotel so it was so private and lovely and a perfect place to land while visiting family.

The cleanliness and the restaurant was really good!

Really nice hotel, close to the cinema and shopping mall, also train and tram stations. Super cool swimming pool and sauna area which was included in the price. Public transport to the city center was also included in the price.

Close to transit, market and restaurants. Comfortable and sufficient for two people. Paid laundry machines in the building.

Hotel was near the rose garden. There was market right next to the hotel. The design of the hotel interior and exterior was very nice. Room was spacious.

Excellent location and easy access via Bus. We also got a guest card which we used to travel around and see all Bern attractions. Front desk was really helpful to keep our luggage after checkout and even before check in which helped us to check more attractions. Recommend this hotel.

It's a quite room in an old building with antique entourage

Super quiet location Great facilities in the studio for cooking Helpful front desk on WhatsApp

Convent access to train station., Clean, quiet accommodations and easy check-in / check-out.

Very clean and modern, everything you need for a short stay. A bit far from downtown but they provide turist transport cards, hope in the bus in front of the hotel and you’re in downtown in just 10 min.

Excellent value for money, close to the center by tram , peaceful aerea

We enjoyed the neighborhood where the hotel was located. A tram came close to the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. We will return the next time we are in Bern!

Beautiful hotel. It was close to both a bus station and train station. Easy to walk to, to get to the old city. Great price. Beds were comfy. The front staff are very nice and helpful

Not too far from bus stops and tramp and city center . And I especially loved the lights inside the apartment...very bright .. really help with reading book .

For me the location at Wankdorf station was perfect. Very clean and modern, spacious room, comfortable bed. There's COOP store in the same building. The bar is also the reception. I liked the corner room with a view both at the tracks and the SBB buildings.

Very friendly reception Staff, nice breakfast buffet, and great location.

This is a very charming, welcoming hotel. Rooms are small but very functional and beautiful. There is an old fashioned, stylish sitting room, with cozy chairs and the possibility to make yourself a tea or coffee. The whole place just feels wonderful. Highly recommended.
