An amazing apartment unit perfect for families, has Laundry, kitchen private bathroom comfy beds and very close to the center. Staff was amazing a very fast in response, 2 markets and metro steps away from the unit, I will definitely book this place again on my next visit.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our room was spot on - clean, spacious and perfect for what we needed. We loved the location - close to the lake, the centre, the tramline, and with a couple of supermarkets close by. The roof terrace was a great bonus. Breakfasts were delicious and, particulary for the 2 of us who are vegan, offered plenty of choice. We also made use of the self catering facilities, which were great. We loved the extra touches too - free water and apples, welcome icecreams, and free coffee throughout the day. If we do come back to Zurich, without a doubt we will stay at Alma.

Excellent location. Excellent hosts, always willing to answer questions and help. Very well equipped apartment. Perfect location, close to the lake if you like to swim during summer. Also perfect if you want to visit center of Zurich by foot. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Feeling like at home.

Very trendy business hotel, with perfect location near the lake and the old town. Rooms was very clean, I like how they are promoting to drink tap water, by not providing bottled ones. The breakfast is good enough, and the staff is the most kind, especially the manager of the hotel.

We loved the hotel interior design and the stuff was so helpful. It was warm and cosy. And the location was also perfect close to the train station and to the lake coast and the almost centre of old town. Breakfast was sooo good! Highly recommended!
