Wow what a beautiful hotel. Stunning view from our large and comfortable room overlooking the Canton Tower. A short walk from the metro. Outstanding staff and a lovely breakfast. Highly recommend.

The service is excellent. During my last visit, I gave the comments that the breakfast-room service can improve. Now after one month, when I re-visit, I certainly see the great improvement. Staff are experienced and are very caring. The staff at the concierge and luggage transfer department are also super friendly and helpful. They helped me many times with heavy luggages and deliveries with friendly smile. When they helped me set all the luggages in the taxi, they even told the taxi driver which gate they should park in the airport for my airline. For the receptionist, this time, I run into another small problem. The room I first checked in only has one sofa (for a twin bed room) and the sitting place was not sufficient because my I was travelling with my Dad. They immediately found a nice solution for me, efficient and helpful. During the midnight, I asked for some cleaning service due to my kid. And the cleaning department came to attend the matter immediately. The location is great. Please do visit the IGC tower right next to the hotle. You can find everything you need for restaurnts, deserts, and of course shops and entertainment. You can see the landmark Guantzhou tower right in front of the hotel (if not within your room). I definetely will come back. Thank you all for the great service and good memory!

I stayed there for a week. Super clean and lovely ammenities. The customer service there was the BEST I have ever seen! I stayed in the loft and was there for work but we had a mid-week birthday party with about 15 friends and DJ's and crates of drinks. We had a noise complaint (because there was a baby next door which we didnt know about), so we were totally ready to stop the party, but they called again and instead of telling us to stop the party, they asked us if we wanted to change rooms instead, so they moved us to a room with no one around us, so that we can turn the music up. The staff accommodated this knowing full well we were having a party and did not judge us for partying. They helped us bring crates of drinks up, the DJ decks, and bought us their glassware! We couldn't believe it because any other hotel probably would have told us to stop. Absolutely insane service. This is not to promote partying, please don't do this :) It was just to show how much they care about their customers. The cleaning lady and one of the staff Jack deserves a RAISE! Throughout the week, they gave us complimentary fruit and dessert daily and asked us if we needed anything else. Deliveries are sent to your room so you don't need to go down. The loft is really great for working, it has a really long table. I also stayed in the premier suite which is very big but the table is smaller than the loft, so for working, the loft is great. I have stayed in all the luxury hotels in GZ and this is by far the best for customer service. I was at another hotel before this (the tallest hotel in GZ beginning with R...) and R's customer service was awful and did not treat their customers with respect. Long story short, I came home at 2am from their bar and they ID'd me and didn't believe I was staying in the hotel, I was already there for 4 days and they couldn't remember me and even ID'd me when I had my room key.

The first thing i like is the care about our family by the Peter, he call day before and ask me about everything we want to feel ourselves comfortable and during all three nights he did care about us, many thanks for that 🙏🏼 Rosewood hotel has the best location in GZ, best gym, swimming pool, best restaurants and bars, very good breakfast, comfortable suits, highly recommended to stay in this hotel!
