From the moment of arrival, we were greeted with warm, attentive service that made us feel valued and well-cared-for throughout our stay. We stayed in this new Four Seasons hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed every moment ! The buffet breakfast options were impressive, with a variety of gourmet dishes including Chinese and Western flavors that showcase both creativity and quality ingredients, ensuring a memorable culinary experience. Hotel facilities, including the rooms, garden, fitness center, spa, and pool, are modern, luxury and provide guests with all the amenities needed for both relaxation and recreation. Everything about this hotel is fantastic. Staff are amazing, truly can't do enough for you. Location, perfect, meters away from bars, restaurants, shopping and short walk (5mins) to the gardens and west lake. Rooms are spacious & comfortable, they are also fully equipped with everything you need from coffee, tea, toiletries & steamer for clothes.
