Excellent location near the shopping area at Zhong Shan Zhong Road. Many eateries with good food nearby. You can walk to two subway stations and the lake. The interior of the hotel is well designed and clean with helpful staff. The beds are comfortable. Will stay again at this hotel when we visit Hangzhou.

I love the room setting, the toilet design is anti-slipping in the bathroom & I really love the help of the kind staffs at lobby 😊 Special thanks to 可君 as she patiently help with my sister for direction, introducing foods nearby and also help with our wifi connections. As we travel as a family of 5 & my parents also require connections for their laptop, 可君 helped us to connect one by one. Upon checking out, she also helps us to check the destination towards the hangzhou railway, as there are a lot of different entrance.

I like the bed..so comfy, the big miror outside the bathroom makes us could do a make up properly with the good lighting. The room quite spacious..very clean and neat. The staff very helpfull and informative. The location was good, nearby there is some resto and mini market. Next time will stay at this hotel if I visit Hangzhou.
