The staff, particularly the reception team, stood out for their friendliness and genuine warmth. Beta, the reception lady, went above and beyond, showing a caring attitude by ensuring our needs were met and even inquiring about our meals. Mr. Jonathan at the front desk emerged as a true asset during my stay. His exceptional level of assistance was evident in helping with city navigation, arranging meetings, and guiding us to halal restaurants. His dedication extended to ensuring we didn't encounter any hiccups in our travel plans, going so far as to make sure we didn't miss our train to Foshan. Jonathan truly became our guardian angel during our time at the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, impeccable service, and a team that goes the extra mile to make guests feel at home.
