- Free afternoon tea, which is tasty (you get to grab what you want from plates of fruit, little cakes/pastries, there’s also coffee and juice) - Staff are very nice - Room is cleaned each day (if you don’t turn on the ‘do not disturb’ switch) - The hotel lets you leave your luggage even if you haven’t actually checked in yet or if you’ve already checked out, which reduces the amount of time you need to unnecessarily cart your luggage where you go - The beds are very comfy

Luxury hotel, equal or superior to some of the finest and most exclusive hotels I've used in France, Germany, Italy, USA and Turkey. Remodeled huge rooms/suites with classic European styling. Much much better than any Sofitel I've ever stayed in. Staff were attentive, polite, and always going out of their way to help. Incredible value. Relatively close to major attractions in the city.

The hotel staff are all very polite, helpful, pleasant and energetic. They take initiative in every second to meet your needs and walk extra mile to help you. The hotel is very nice, comfortable. Plus the breakfast buffet has a lot of varieties and healthy food for you to energise everyday before you start your journey. Every evening they will also prepare the desserts for you to quench your thirst after the full day's outing. Head off to the chef to provide such yummy food to us.

It was convenient to both the old and new parts of town in a lively, tree lined neighborhood where the locals gathered at outdoor cafes to play cards. “Sue ohng” (sp?) was a great host. We were welcomed with hot tea and a fruit dish. Although Sue did not speak much English, Sue was very adept at Google Translate and we had no trouble communicating. Sue even helped us with our laundry! We met some very nice families here, as well as young singles.
