Price, location (very easy to get to when travelling via Leverkusen; it's a bit far from the central train station, but close to the district of Ehrenfeld), safety; staff are nice and you can leave your luggage at the reception hours before check-in. The room was everything I needed to get rested in between two long coach rides: clean, quiet and comfy.
