Everything, it's clean the staff is super helpful, got a store that's a 1 minute walk from the building which is very convenient. Water is clean and the pressure in the showers is excellent

The location was great just 5 mins from New Street station. The room was large and well equipped - the kitchenette was great. Breakfast was good and the pantry a great idea.
