Everything, it's clean the staff is super helpful, got a store that's a 1 minute walk from the building which is very convenient. Water is clean and the pressure in the showers is excellent

I love the location, very close to the train station, also really close to the Bullring. The mall was very walkable as well, there were historic museums in the area that was walkable. The rooms were clean and modern . Breakfast was amazing.
