The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, with every detail carefully thought out to ensure a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. The dining options at the hotel were outstanding — breakfast was a delight each morning, with fresh and delicious selections that set the perfect tone for the day. The location is also unbeatable, right in the heart of Manchester, making it easy to explore the city’s highlights within walking distance. It’s rare to find a hotel that perfectly combines classic elegance with modern comfort, but The Midland does just that. My stay was so memorable and enjoyable that I have already decided to come back again in August — because when you find a place that feels this special, you simply can’t stay away.

The staff were exceptionally nice when we arrived - they helped us get a room before check in time which was so lovely as my husband and I had been travelling for over 24 hours and needed a bed to nap. The room was so clean and lovely. Concierge was quick to bring us extra coffee and chocolate biscuits. Finally, we really admired the historic decor and vibe of the hotel.
