Everything was just perfect. Very nice staff, comfortable room/bed. Good shower. Clean. Location good, short walk from Metrostops Jesmond and West Jesmond. Busstop real close as well. The hotel has a nice cosy feel. Highly recommended.

Just back from a fabulous overnight stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly, attentive and kind, service was nothing short of excellent! The room was perfect and food was amazing! Great location! Will definitely be back!! Superb!
