The staff were exceptional and accommodating however the hotel is way overpriced and not worth it in my honest humble opinion. There were other much better hotels that were cheaper. Having said that they gave me a room that had sewer smell and they upgraded to a not so nice looking room. The basic room was actually nicer and had some cool painting on the wall but upgraded room is just bland and boring with everything spread out far apart.

Exellent location with parking available, which could be a problem in the old town. Good conditioned rooms , quite spacious , private balcony is a must have here! Top floor has a panoramic restaurant which is open for breakfast.. perfect way to start your day in Tbilisi. But more importantly is the evening menu with live music and fresh mountain air. Totally worth the money spent

The hotel staff was very helpful. David and Toma helped us find the bus on the last day, like family. The room was clean and comfortable. Georgian people are generally helpful, and they saw that I was with my baby and helped us everywhere.
