It's an ultra luxury hotel, everything was just splendid, the only process that was time consuming was the checkin process, they would absolutely not accept any early check-in, they blatantly refused and would only check-in dot after 3, for which you had to wait in another check-in line for the room keys.....other than that it was a near perfect stay. All their rooms are sea facing and a fantastic view from each and every room. Keep up the good work , definately worth a stay and definately no beach, water slides are not in the hotel, there is a waterpark next door. Regards from Dubai.

I booked a corner room last minute. Great big room with amazing view, large long bathtub and nice shower, everything felt new and modern. Pool and its facilities were awesome. Gym was well equipped and new. Everyone was nice and shuttle bus was super convenient from HK station. Izumi's set menu was delicious and decent value compared with other Japanese restaurants. GF has had a stressful busy couple weeks and she absolutely loved her stay.

It's very easy to find and located near many many bus options to go anywhere in the city. A lot of food options nearby, I want to try them all! There's also convenient store around there. Can walk to the Aberdeen Promenade, ideal for morning walk or exercise. Not so far from Central ard 30 mins by bus. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room size is reasonable for HK hotel, very clean and quiet. I forgot that they have shared pantry, will use it next time.
