Hotel is a service industry. We received five star service from this hotel. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. Our room for first night was small. We couldn't open our luggage. The senior person at front desk upgraded us to a larger room. I must specially thank Mr. Simon Lee director of operations. He attended to our needs, gave us directions and even walked us a few minutes to point out how to walk to the airport bus. This gesture may seem small but it leaves an impression and makes loyal customers. He was professional, helpful, kind and courteous. Thank you.
