Ivan, the owner, communicated with us via WhatsApp. We had a clear meeting place, he helped us with our luggage to the apartment, gave us keys and followed all of the usual protocol in renting a B&B. He was very flexible and willing to adapt to our schedule. We would stay there again.

Location of the studio is unbeatable for the old town views. We stayed 4 nights and just couldn’t stop complimenting this place for having the view of Dubrovnik old town. The Lady Pi-Pi restaurant next to the studio has the best seafood platter for two with by far the best price we found in the old town. Be there early to beat the crowds.
