This was my 3rd stay at the Esplanade. I keep coming back because the hotel is just fantastic with beautiful rooms in an old-world style. Check out the bar. Dragho is a fantastic bartender that knows his cocktails, and they have a great Whiskey collection. Both restaurants are also wonderful.

Excellent service, everyone made us feel welcome, very friendly staff, always with a smile. The breakfast presentation is really special. From the à la carte choices, the salmon croissant is exceptional. Beds are amazing, I slept so well! Next time I am in Zagreb, I will definitly stay at art'otel again.

Recommend for young travelers - not really for families. The location, the rooms, the cleanliness, cocktails at the bar very good, kindness of the staff, breakfast all was great. Although there is party music in the restaurant/ bar the rooms are very well isolated.

The apartments are in the city center next to the main market and the square. The staff is extremely friendly and the breakfast is good. We traveled with our dogs, they received a bed, a mat and dishes for food and water. the rooms are clean and have city maps and step-by-step city guides

We had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Le Premier. We didn’t arrive in Zagreb until 1am and the staff was so accommodating and made our check in a breeze. It was such a relief after a long travel day to enter our room and see how spacious and comfortable it was. The bed and all the amenities were perfect. Even better was the breakfast. I have never had a better hotel breakfast spread. To top this already impressive stay, you can book a free private sauna room whenever you want.
