It was my second time staying in this hotel! I love it :) Close to Central station, close to the subway, tram stop is pretty close, too, and all the attractions are within 30 min walk. Amazing breakfast. The staff holds a great level of professionalism. If you care for that, everyone speaks good English, but for me what sets them apart is care for customers and politeness. Great hotel woth great personnel!

This was a fantastic location, just 300 metres from the Piazza del Duomo. Lots of attractions close by. The local supermarket and cafe were favourites. Andrea was very helpful.
