The unit was spacious and very well appointed. Well thought out inclusions. Everything you could need and in a great location. Taxi rank downstairs, close to metro and port. Vittoria was very helpful at check in and stayed in touch during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Napoli! The hotel felt very secure, was extremely clean, and our room was spacious with a lovely bathroom. The bed was large and super comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. The location was also perfect for exploring the city. We really appreciated the early check-in with no hassle — they even welcomed us with drinks and a snack.
Vincenzo was incredibly helpful and kind. Since we only had one full day, he gave us great recommendations for pizza and dinner, texted us his contact in case we needed anything, and even arranged our cab for the morning. His attentiveness made a big difference in our stay.
Breakfast at the downstairs café was simple and convenient, and the fresh orange juice was especially good.
Highly recommend this place and hope to be back!

The location, hospitality & accommodations can’t be beat! It’s in the heart of Napoli near the Spanish Quarter so it’s steps from tons of good restaurants & shops. It’s off the main road so it was quiet!! (rare for Naples!)
The Scugnizzo Spa Suite is on the 4th floor, so 54 steps lead you to this beautifully decorated space that has a kitchenette, sauna, & huge jetted tub for soaking after a long day! The bed was the most comfortable one we slept in on our 3-week Italy trip!
The hospitality was top notch. Flaviano & his father Alberto were great to communicate with upon arrival. Flaviano was quick to respond & even helped coordinate a ride back to the airport for us — gave us such peace of mind with a 03:30 pickup & omg his friend Federica was sooo sweet too!
Joey & I can’t recommend the Scugnizzo Apartments & spa suite enough!!

the location was easy walking distance to historical center & the seafront. comfortable room with large private terrace. several bottles of water in the fridge. management & staff were very responsive to our needs & questions - GianLuca is the best bnb host we’ve ever had! sent us links to many restaurants near the bnb (the 3 we tried were perfect!) very smooth checkin process, even meeting our taxi at the door! associate Nisha very friendly & helpful as well! couldn’t ask for more.
