The property is excellent - quiet, spacious, clean, I can't think of anything that was missing. Great location - bus stop practically in front, taxi stop also in front, metro station (Duomo) 1 minute away. Da Michelle Pizzeria is ~50 meters away, Via dei Tribunali - a few minutes away. The breakfast - perfect - freshly baked croissants, sfogliatella, yoghurt pie... And the best of it all - the hosts! Absolute sweethearts - super welcoming, very helpful, ready to help with everything, advices, guidance. Top of the top! It doesn't feel like you're booking a room - it feels like you are visiting friends. 20/10.

The host was really nice and made us feel welcomed from start to end! They allowed us to check-in earlier (for which we were grateful), they provided water bottles and juice daily in the mini-fridge, they cleaned daily, they surprised us with a traditional dessert as a gift in the first night and in the second, with a neapolitan key chain. Moreover, they gave us reccommendations for local restaurants and what to visit. The experience was simply amazing, we had the best time in Napoli and for sure we will get back!

The property was great! The view is amazing! And a view from the bathroom as well. This property was very close to a grocery store and restaurants. We took a ferry the next day and it was very convenient, just a short walk to the port. Good security system in the building, it felt very safe and clean. The host responded promptly to my questions. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Napoli! The hotel felt very secure, was extremely clean, and our room was spacious with a lovely bathroom. The bed was large and super comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. The location was also perfect for exploring the city. We really appreciated the early check-in with no hassle — they even welcomed us with drinks and a snack. Vincenzo was incredibly helpful and kind. Since we only had one full day, he gave us great recommendations for pizza and dinner, texted us his contact in case we needed anything, and even arranged our cab for the morning. His attentiveness made a big difference in our stay. Breakfast at the downstairs café was simple and convenient, and the fresh orange juice was especially good. Highly recommend this place and hope to be back!

The location, the welcome and the staff especially Mounira. She was so nice and gave us so many recommendations and also an earlier check in, help with booking a taxi in the early morning. They even prepared snacks for the kids.
