The lady at reception and the guy that welcomed us was very friendly and was able to assist us with all our queries we had about Napoli. Cannot remember their names. Breakfast was a very good spread and the neighborhood was great to get around to all the sites.

The location is really good, near the metro and two funicolari, so that it’s really easy to reach the center and the seaside. The room was modern and clean.

We enjoyed our stay alot since it was quite close to the station, the appartment had 2 toilets which is always a plus, a very comfortable bed and everything was so accurate to the pictures on the app. Flavio was very helpful and informative as well as fast at responding to our questions. Very recommended!

The service was amazing. The host was super responsive and very helpful. The room was big, comfortable and clean. The location is amazing, on a great street with restaurants, supermarkets and everything else that you could think about. And only 2 minutes from shopping streets with bar and restaurants. We really recommend the stay there.

Loved the design of the property - very cool that the bathroom was lofted on a second floor from the bedroom. It was extremely clean and comfortable, with huge windows overlooking the street in a central location. The staff, especially Roberta, were very friendly, personable and helpful. Roberta even took the ride to the airport with me to make sure it all went smoothly. The staff was also multi-lingual, which made communication seamless. Would 100% recommend staying here!
