The location was excellent. Just walking distance from a lively neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars. The staff was really friendly and helpful, we asked for dinner recommendations and not only we were offered quite a variety but they helped us with the reservations as well.

Very good location - very near the Sannomiya Station which is convenient when commuting to Kobe Harborland, Shin-Kobe Station and even Kobe Airport! They have free drinks (coffee and tea) and snacks (chips and candies) 24 hours! They also have free donuts from 3:00PM - 5:00PM! The rooms are cleaned every day. Spotless.
