It was one of the best, the rooms are so big, we are able to gather together with familes and have dinner together with all the nicest appliances and kitchen tools provided. And they provide a dyson hairdryer and all the best kitchen utensils you can borrow including dyson airwrap. Its fenomenal. And lastly all the staffs can speak english and are all very kind. They helped a lot especially they accompany my brother to visit a doctor for his son and the staff helped and waited until everything is finished. Truly an amazing and heartwarming experience.

Amazing hotel!!! Our room was very spacious and very well equipped, cleaned daily. Very good coffee machine in cozy lounge area is available for guests. Staff is super helpful. Though best thing about this hotel is the breakfast - lots of things to choose from and all are super tasty. This is the best hotel we have stayed in Japan.

Very close to Kyoto station, 7 min walk from the station to the hotel, the room is very big and we really liked that it has a washer-dryer as well as detergent in the room. We recommend booking breakfast in advance if you don't want to be exploring options in the morning. We read many negative comments about breakfast, the truth is that the breakfast is sufficient, tasty and of very good quality, the staff informs you beforehand about the breakfast menu, so you can choose if you want to have it or not. They also have a mini buffet that includes eggs, salads, sausages, bread and jams.

We had booked the Standard Family Room for a group of 3, and it was incredibly spacious and clean. We had room to lay out all of our suitcases without having to constantly step around them, which made packing so much quicker. There are two regular beds, and a large tatami mat area with a table, cushions, and 2 sets of futons. The beds were super comfortable and I'm told the futon was great as well. Japan does not really have breakfast restaurants, so it was nice having a table area where we could eat our breakfast from the convenience store. The hotel also has an amenity shelf in the lobby where you can grab extra towels, toothbrushes, washcloths, q-tips, etc. They also have a water machine and a pitcher provided for you to fill up! This was my favorite perk because it meant we did not have to go to the convenience store every day to buy the large liters of water. The bathroom is split into a sink/toilet area and the actual shower area and separated by a door. The water pressure is great and the sink was pretty spacious and could fit a lot of our toiletries and products. All the hotel staff we interacted with were super helpful and could speak and understand English. They helped us with luggage forwarding and were overall lovely. The area around the hotel is quiet and residential. The main Kyoto Station is around 10 minutes walk away. There's several convenience stores nearby, and two large malls within walking distance as well. Overall this was a great stay for us and I would highly recommend booking here.
