Very convenient location as being near Kyoto station gives great connectivity. Lo

Stayed for 5 nights. Great location, walkable to the Kyoto station south exit thru the shopping mall. Close to supermarket, restaurants, and a few bus stop. It's just next to a main driveway but the sound proof was great. Quiet and rest well at night. Staff were friendly and took care of my luggage before check-in and after check-out.

Very modern facility very clean bed size was great

The property was very unique in it’s design with coffee lounges and open lounge area in the hotel itself , small but very unique in a Cozy way

Spacious room and well attended service! Thank you for your hospitality!

Fantastic place. Great view and large room!

there is a super chill atmosphere with a great staff, the lobby is the center of the hotel and the icecream is super fatastic. you can use the kitchenette in the lobby for heating your maals if you want. the collection of records/elpee you can borrow to play at your own turntable in the room is great. its is about 15 min walk away of downtown Kyoto and the central station. we hadden a wunderfull time

Great staff, always willing to help.! 😀

Idk why somebody can rate it lower than 9,5. But for This money, amazingly value of benefits. I paid 23€ and receive: - Small but my own clean room with own shower and big bad. - super location - Really tasty and FREE breakfast and dinner .

Location near the Kyoto station, ideal to make day trips

Such a wonderful hotel, the attention to detail, the artistic taste of the room and the hotel concept made it feel like an entire experience rather than a simple lodging quarter. Spacious for luggages, clean, beautiful room, laundry downstairs, provided comfy pyjamas and a relaxing record player. Chefs kiss.

Everything is good. Near mall and supermarket. It is possible, walk to station

Very clean, very well located, a lot of amenities.

The room was good and we could leave our luggage the next day after checkout until out train.

Comfortable and cozy japanese style rooms. Very friendly staff. Close to the main Kyoto station. The breakfast was amazing, the staff made us special vegetarian sandwiches. We really enjoyed the vibe of the hotel, would stay here again.

Good location and friendly staff; eco-friendly and kid-friendly establishment

Great boutique hotel chosen for the location very close to the train station & bus stops. Great value, friendly staff, good amenities, & spotless room.

Very spacious room. The books in the room were fantastic. Location of the property was great.

Location. Conveniently located in the south of JR Kyoto station. This area has been redeveloped much for tourists, and I could find a lot of affordable restaurants and services. It has an architecturally beautiful and dramatic entrance.
