We stayed for 2 nights for the Osaka Expo and this hotel was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful—you can even ask them to arrange a taxi to come directly to the hotel. Since we stayed in a VIP suite, they replaced the water and cans of beer every day, which was a nice touch. Every night from 9–10 pm they also offered free ramen delivered to the room, and there were complimentary refreshments available in the 2nd floor lobby. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped—we had our own karaoke, indoor and outdoor bathtubs, and even a hot stone bed similar to a sauna. You really don’t need to bring anything with you, as the hotel provides everything: pajamas, towels, body lotion, face cream, and more. The food menu for room service was good and reasonably priced, since the hotel itself doesn’t have a restaurant. You can also become a member for just ¥330, which gives you discounts on food and drinks as well as welcome drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic).

It is super functional (it has everything and really well organized) and so close to the train station of Shin-Osaka (really 3 minutes away)! If you bought a JR Pass it’s really convenient because a lot of JR train at this station (for metro you have to buy separate tickets). The communication with the host is easy. There’s a space in lobby to leave your luggage the day of check-out.

I stayed here for about two weeks when I moved to Japan while looking for a permanent apartment and going to work in Ibaraki every day. The owner is so kind and helpful! And he speaks good English. It's an entire apartment, and quite large for comparably priced hotels and short term apartments. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes and cookware. The neighborhood is quiet, and it's easy to walk to the train station and convenience store. The train from the nearest station goes all the way to the south part of Osaka city, so it's easy to get into the city if you need to without changing trains or buses a lot. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a place to stay for over a week.
