Effective and friendly check in and check out processes, helpful staff. The room is very clean, good quality amenities were provided, which are not provided anymore in most European five star hotels. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious. We are a bit ambiguous about the location: at one hand, it is very convenient for finding many restaurants nearby and for taking train or subways, on the other hand the many trains do make some noises also during later evening and early morning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there very much.

Great location in the city centre. Direct underground walkway access near the hotel entrance. The room was very clean, modern and well presented. By Japanese standards the room size was comfortable. The staff were efficient and helpful and the breakfast was excellent
