The location is great. The room is very cozy and clean. I had a small sofa that was so nice. The is also a heater in the room that I needed. The staff is super nice and they answer fast. They also let you store your bag if you need.

About the host Jin, she is just wow:) She is very sweet, explains everything whenever we want, solves all our problems. The apartment was indeed spacious, comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The apartment was in a wonderful cozy neighborhood, with lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby, and had easy access to the rest of the city on public transportation. Joe was the consummate host and provided easy-to-follow directions and extra support. I would love to stay here again the next time we return to Seoul!

Fabulous, comfortable and very clean. Host was wonderful, checked on us - helped quell our anxieties as the bus strike started on the day of our departure. Room has all of the modern conveniences. We made good use of the gym and massage chairs. So close to the train station. Absolute love. Will return here for sure. Room is exactly as pictured. Building is very nice and secure, too.

This property is located in an area that is full of things to do. There's tons of restaurants and it is close to bus stops and train stations. It's even close enough to walk to places like N Seoul Tower and the Han River. It has a microwave, washing machine, good sized refrigerator, two large beds in separate bedrooms, a keypad to get in the property so you don't have to keep track of keys, a large TV, a 2 burner stove top, and mirrors everywhere. While it is close to everything, it's also set far enough from the street to be quiet at night time and sleep easily. Joe was available if we had any questions, allowed us to stay a little longer since our flight was at 7:00 pm, and even got us a gift upon leaving.

Location - very new and clean property. If you are arriving/departing from airport or Express train the Seoul Station location is right there with an entrance to terminal in the next door tower. That's why we chose this place. We also used the local busses which have a major stop out in front of the building so its really easy to get to sights. On the East side of the tower there is a street with many great Korean BBQ restaurants that are half the price of the restaurants you find in tourist zone. Just locals eating there. Views from 22nd floor were great. Even played some ping pong on the top floor hang out and exercise area. Ability to store luggage for a few hours after stay.
